Our Mesa Office

We are conveniently located in Mesa, Arizona, on the medical campus of Banner Desert Hospital, near the Tempe border, and just off the Superstition Freeway. There is also easy access to the 101 Freeway. Mesa Community College is across the street. Please use the zoom controls and map type selection features to toggle map placements and viewing options. Enter your address in the directions finder box to receive driving directions from Google Maps.

From Dobson Rd. at the light enter into the Banner Desert Center . Get immediately into the left lane and turn left at the intersection. Make the very first left into the Banner Desert Medical offices parking lot. Park in the parking lot named BROWN 1 in front of the 1450A building.

Make your way into the 1450A building through the glass doors and make a right. Go straight down the hall to the "B" elevator in front of Banner Imaging. This will take you to building 1450B.

Go up to the 3rd floor, exit to the left and we are on the left hand side at suite 320B.

Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing a dermatologist in Mesa, AZ so we have made requesting an appointment a simple and convenient process via our Web site. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. We would appreciate at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations.

Insurance and Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We accept Medicare assignment. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement . Please be aware that some commercial, most HMO's and all Medicare Advantage Plans require a referral from your primary care physician to see a specialist, and that you are responsible for getting this referral prior to being seen.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash or credit cards. All co-pays are due and payable at time of service. Please see our Office Manager for details.
